The main difference between our three plans is the coverage amount paid to insured employees. Family coverage is available and even includes Guardian’s child organized sport benefit, which increases benefits by 20% for a child who suffers an accident while playing organized sports.

Optional riders for even greater protection*

The following riders can be added to a plan for even greater coverage:

Rider Description
Wellness rider Encourages employees to stay healthy by including a wellness benefit payment of $50 - $150 per year when they complete certain routine wellness procedures or screenings.
AD&D rider
(accidental death & dismemberment)
Additional benefit payments if there is an:

Accidental death
Catastrophic Loss
Accommodation to home or vehicle that is needed

Hospital confinement for sickness rider Additional benefit payment for each day covered person is in hospital due to sickness
Disability rider Additional benefit payment if employee or covered spouse becomes disabled and unable to work (weekly payments can be for 26 – 52 weeks)
